# Fabric > Every client brief becomes specs, a roadmap and pull requests your team reviews, held to one standard. Open source, on your own model keys. ## Who builds Fabric TechFabric (Tech Fabric LLC) is a software company that goes deep on Databricks. It is a Databricks partner with 80 Databricks-certified engineers, inside a team of 115+ across Phoenix, Amsterdam, Dnipro and Hyderabad. Founded in 2017. Fabric is the open-source AI software factory TechFabric runs its own delivery on. TechFabric builds it, gives it away free under Apache-2.0, and runs it in client engagements. The engineers who wrote it are the engineers you get. - Company: https://www.techfabric.com - What we do on Databricks: https://www.techfabric.com/databricks/consulting - The accelerators, in one place: https://www.techfabric.com/accelerators - The Databricks Field Guide, 37 chapters, free: https://databricks.techfabric.com - Headquarters: 1530 E Williams Field Rd, Ste 201, Gilbert, AZ 85295, in the Phoenix metro - Contact: hello@techfabric.com, +1 (480) 681-6806 ## The rest of the family - TechFabric Airlift: warehouse and ETL migration onto Databricks. https://airlift.techfabric.com - TechFabric Runway: governed delivery for Databricks Apps and agents. https://runway.techfabric.com - TechFabric Radar: observability for live Databricks workloads. https://radar.techfabric.com - TechFabric Experiments: evaluation and quality gates on Databricks. https://experiments.techfabric.com - TechFabric Platform: the governed mutation pipeline underneath them. https://platform.techfabric.com - TechFabric Harness: a TypeScript framework for durable agents. https://harness.techfabric.com - Fabric Tower: the console people use to watch and steer agent squads. https://tower.fabric.pro ## Fabric Sign in at https://fabric.pro/auth/login; the source is at https://github.com/Fabric-Pro.
